Either fill out our form below or call us at 910-239-9344 and ask to speak with a Sales Specialist. Our representatives will be able to make an offer on your boat once all of the information is provided.

Purchase Agreement

Once we come to an agreement on price, Off the Hook Yachts will provide you with a contract to buy your vessel. You can either electronically sign or sign in person. Once the document is signed by both parties we will inspect your boat.

Inspection

Before we purchase your boat we must do a quick inspection. We can do this at a location that is most convenient for you. You may also bring the boat to one of our locations.

Title Status

In order for us to purchase your vessel we will have to do a title search. If you have a lien, provide us with your bank’s information using our Payoff Verification form so we can make payoff for you at closing. We will disburse the remaining funds to you at closing.

Closing

Once we have the original closing documents in our possession, we can disburse funds. Some closing documents require a notary. In order to streamline the process, we can send a notary right to you for a small fee!
