1981 Albin 36 DC

This 1981 Albin 36 features 2 state rooms which is separated by a main salon. Recently installed is a new generator and new electronics as well as AC. All exterior and interior woodwork is in very good condition. There is an upper helm function which is under a Bimini top which is in great condition. In the galley there is an electric range , sink and under the counter refrigerator. The dinette comfortably seats 4 people and has plenty of storage below. This vessel is powered by a single in-line six cylinder fresh water cooled 120 hp Ford Lehman diesel engine. It carries 350 gallons of fuel in two separate tanks and has a cruising range of about 700 miles. A 4.5 KW generator, Furuno GPS, chart plotter, radar and fishfinder and have recently been installed.  You will find the master birth in the aft of the vessel. There is a double birth on the port side, a large head which you will find on the starboard side with a soaking tub and a dressing table and a secondary head forward. This is a great Loop boat and will surely not last very long.
