Meet Kent Napp

Kent graduated from a Merchant Marine Academy school as a 3rd Mate Unlimited Tonnage Licensed Officer/100 Ton Master and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Transportation. He sailed professionally and commercially Deep Sea on US flag Oil Tankers in the Gulf of Mexico and the East Coast of the United States; navigating the ship and loading/discharging cargo as an officer.

Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, and later moving to South Florida, Kent’s hobbies and interests have always been, and continue to be, fishing and surfing; but most particularly, boating. Kent has spent nearly his entire childhood on the water on his brother’s boats and his own boat when he came of age, fishing his local and off-shore waters in New Jersey and South Florida.

In late 2021, Kent decided to pursue a professional career in his passion of boating; and there is no better place to do so than at Off The Hook Yachts. Give him a call, he looks forward to working with you!
